We believe in making the delivery experience fast and easy which is why we offer free express shipping worldwide when you spend over $100 USD.
Depending on where you are in the world, you can expect within 2-14 business days, however during Covid, launch, and peak times, this delivery timeframe may be extended.
We aim to dispatch every order placed before 2pm on the same day, as a small startup and team, we may take up to 48 hours to process your order depending on volumes.
For orders under $100 USD, we have a simple, flat rate policy based on location:
Australia & NZ - $6.95 USD
US & Canada - $9.95 USD
UK & (most of) Europe - $14.95 USD
Rest of World - $19.95 USD

If for whatever reason you don't love your Activs and would like to return your purchased item(s):
- Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
- your full name
- original order number
- the reason for the return*
- note: if you've received the wrong item, please include a photo of your product including packaging in your email
- We will reply to your email as soon as possible (typically 2 business days) with instructions on how to proceed and an address for you to return your item/s too.
- Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging, to the Australian address we provide (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility).
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s).
- Please note that Activ Eyewear reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
