Fitness is a great byproduct of what we do but it’s not the sole objective and at ACTIV, we exist to use our passion for fitness to make a difference. Kara first became involved with the Keala Foundation in 2016 when she visited the Hawaiian island of Kauai and saw first hand the power of being active.

The Keala Foundation exists to improve the island’s physical and mental health culture from the bottom up through investing in the lives of children. Through fitness programs, kids are given a safe environment to thrive, feeling loved and appreciated, not matter what they’re going home to.
